U.S. carriers have asked the Department of Transportation to press Ireland to withdraw or suspend Dublin Airport's 32 million passengers-per-year cap, warning that failure to act by Feb. 1 could prompt U.S. curbs on Irish carriers. They say the cap risks loss of historic transatlantic slots and capacity.
