737 MAX families renew bid to reinstate criminal fraud charges against Boeing in US appeals court

Attorneys for passengers killed in two Boeing 737 MAX crashes are asking a US appeals court to reconsider a decision not to reinstate criminal fraud charges against the airframer. The new petition, filed 14 April and backed by more than two dozen families, targets the prior dismissal of prosecutors’ case.
