NASA and Katalyst abandon effort to boost aging Swift observatory after LINK spacecraft failure

NASA and Katalyst Space have ended an attempted rescue of the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory after the commercial LINK spacecraft developed an irredeemable attitude-control problem.
