SpaceX cleared for Starship Flight 13 with Starlink payload; next window set for July 16 and FAA closes Starship investigation
SpaceX says the FAA has closed its Starship investigation, clearing the company to resume Starship test flights. Starship Flight 13 is targeted for no earlier than July 16 from Texas, using the vehicle’s Version 3 configuration. Separately, SpaceX will fly a Falcon booster for its 600th reuse on the upcoming Starlink 10-45 mission.
