Malaysia Aviation Group agrees to acquire Airbus-owned Sepang Aircraft Engineering

Malaysia Aviation Group, parent of Malaysia Airlines, has signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Sepang Aircraft Engineering from Airbus. The transaction would bring the Malaysian airline group ownership of an established aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
