U.S. admits partial liability in Jan. 29 Reagan National collision that killed 67

The U.S. government acknowledged liability in the Jan. 29 collision near Reagan Washington National Airport between an Army Black Hawk and an American Eagle regional jet that killed 67, saying FAA air traffic control and the Army bore responsibility and that airlines also contributed.
