China is integrating its robotic Chang’e lunar activities with its human spaceflight program to land astronauts on the Moon by 2030. In parallel, NASA says it will start building a lunar base with near-monthly robotic landings in 2027, with crews potentially living for months by the early 2030s, and has selected Venturi Astrolab and Lunar Outpost for crewed lunar terrain vehicles for Artemis.
