NASA selects Rocket Lab Electron (LC-1 Mahia) for PolSIR and TSIS-2, scheduling three dedicated launches starting Q1 2027

NASA has chosen Rocket Lab to provide launch services for the PolSIR and TSIS-2 science missions, flying them via three dedicated Electron launches from the Mahia Launch Complex 1 in New Zealand. Launches are targeted to run from Q1 2027 onward to meet each mission’s time-sensitive requirements.
