SES raises alarm over Airbus–Thales–Leonardo merger, vows to build its own satellites
Breaking a long silence among European satellite operators and government customers, SES publicly warned about the proposed Airbus–Thales–Leonardo space merger and said it will develop and build its own satellites, signalling a direct commercial and strategic challenge to the combined supplier group.
