NASA retools Artemis: cancels Boeing SLS upgrade, adds LEO lunar‑lander docking test

NASA has restructured the Artemis lunar architecture, canceling a multibillion‑dollar Boeing upgrade to the Space Launch System and inserting an additional low‑Earth‑orbit docking test of lunar landers.
