Bell Textron creates Ukraine subsidiary to support helicopter assembly, maintenance and repair

Bell Textron has established “Bell Textron Ukraine” and plans to open a dedicated office as a long-term industrial-cooperation hub in the country. The unit is intended to underpin local helicopter assembly and provide maintenance and repair support, with an emphasis on defense as the initial focus and expanded post-war roles.
