Airbus to acquire France’s Quarkslab to bolster sovereign cyber security for Airbus Defence and Space

Airbus has agreed to acquire French cybersecurity firm Quarkslab as it deepens “sovereign” cyber protection for French authorities. The deal is set to integrate Quarkslab capabilities—incl. reverse engineering and AI-based protection—into Airbus Defence and Space, following prior cyber acquisitions in Germany (Infodas) and planned expansion in the U.K. (Ultra Cyber).
