Enter Air files with Poland’s competition regulator for 85% stake purchase of tour operator Nekera

Polish charter carrier Enter Air has notified the UOKiK competition authority of plans to acquire an 85% stake in Warsaw-based tour operator Nekera. Nekera, founded in 2019 after Thomas Cook Group’s Polish unit collapse, is the target of the proposed deal.
