Textron delivers first Cessna Citation Ascend to retail customer, marking entry into service

Textron Aviation has delivered the first Cessna Citation Ascend to a retail customer, marking the midsize jet's entry into service on Dec. 30, two-and-a-half years after programme launch. The Ascend, FAA type-certified in November 2025, features an all‑new cockpit, improved performance and a flat‑floor cabin.
