Avolon finalizes record 140-aircraft Boeing 737-10 order, lifting its backlog above 240

Avolon has finalized its purchase of 140 Boeing 737-10s, making it the largest 737 MAX order by a lessor, Boeing and the lessor said. The deal adds to a backlog of more than 240 unfilled Avolon orders and confirms that a triple-digit order announced last month is for the MAX 10.
