Emirates pivots to farm-to-fork, whole-food plant-based onboard menus from 2027

Emirates will move away from ultra-processed meat-substitute vegan dishes toward farm-to-fork, whole-food plant menus, with chefs developing recipes based on legumes, grains, nuts and seasonal vegetables. The carrier plans to introduce the new onboard concepts in 2027, about a year after earlier vegan culinary initiatives.
