Judge expedites appeal in Delta–Aeroméxico joint-venture case, schedules oral hearing

A federal judge has fast-tracked the appeal of the DOT's order to dismantle the Delta–Aeroméxico joint venture and has agreed to an expedited oral hearing. Delta and Aeroméxico are seeking a court order to keep the partnership intact while the legal challenge proceeds.

Air France‑KLM submits non‑binding bid for Parpublica’s 44.9% TAP stake

By FlightGlobal: SkyTeam alliance operator Air France-KLM Group has formally submitted a non-binding offer for a minority shareholding in Portuguese carrier TAP. TAP, which is part of the rival Star Alliance, is undergoing a privatisation process managed by the entity Parpublica, which is overseeing divestment of a 44.9% share.
