Avolon signs record order for 140 Boeing 737 MAX 10s, lifting its unfilled 737 backlog above 240

Aircraft lessor Avolon has finalized its previously announced order for 140 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, with all positions allocated to the largest MAX variant, the MAX 10. Boeing says it is the biggest 737 MAX-family order by a lessor; the deal brings Avolon’s unfilled Boeing 737 total to more than 240 aircraft.
