On Dec. 20 the four Artemis II astronauts — three Americans and one Canadian — completed a full launch‑day countdown demonstration at Kennedy Space Center, boarding the Orion inside the Vehicle Assembly Building. The rehearsal advances flight‑readiness ahead of a February crewed lunar flyby.
