Latvian pleads guilty to illegally exporting US-made avionics to Russian military and intelligence buyers

FlightGlobal reports: A Latvian national has admitted to illegally shipping US-made avionics components to Russian buyers, including the country's intelligence service, in violation of export controls and sanctions between 2020 and 2023, the US Department of Justice says.
