Intel to support Musk’s $25B Terafab chip project for SpaceX, xAI and Tesla in Texas

Intel will provide manufacturing support and chipmaking hardware for Elon Musk’s proposed $25 billion Terafab semiconductor plant in Texas, teaming with SpaceX, xAI and Tesla to build large-scale AI compute and device components. The agreement gives Intel a strategic equipment role inside a vertically integrated Musk industrial ecosystem.
