Space Force awards Lockheed Martin $514M to build GPS IIIF satellites 23 and 24
The U.S. Space Force awarded Lockheed Martin a $514 million contract to build Global Positioning System IIIF Space Vehicles 23 and 24, bringing the company’s total IIIF commitment to 14 spacecraft. The satellites are designed for improved positioning, navigation and timing with enhanced anti-jam protection and M-Code security.
