TSA Updates Security Rules for Part 380 Charters, Impacts JSX and Others
The TSA has imposed new security procedures on Part 380 by-the-seat charter providers like JSX, Aero, and XO. Operators must now use TSA-approved equipment for passenger and baggage screening at private terminals, though TSA staff won't conduct the screenings. Liquid rules will also apply to affected services.
