Aviation Capital Group has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 24‑aircraft portfolio from lessor Avolon. The jets — currently operating with 17 different airlines — will transfer under the deal, reshaping ACG's operating fleet and reducing Avolon's in‑service inventory pending customary closing conditions.
