United flight attendants ratify five-year labor deal with 31% pay increases, ending nearly six years without a contract

United’s 30,000 flight attendants have voted to ratify a new five-year collective bargaining agreement, ending a six-year pay stalemate. The contract includes a 31% pay increase, with raises and related pay elements set to take effect this summer, following a mediated bargaining process.
