Honeywell delivers first TPE331-12B engines for HAL HTT-40 basic trainer ahead of local production

Honeywell has delivered the first set of engines for Hindustan Aeronautics’ (HAL) HTT-40 basic trainer: three TPE331-12B turboprops out of a total 16 engines to be supplied. The deliveries mark an initial step toward HAL producing the engine locally, supporting the trainer’s induction timeline.
