United flight attendants ratify 5-year contract with 31% pay increases—ending nearly six years without a raise
United’s roughly 30,000 flight attendants have voted overwhelmingly to ratify a new five-year labor agreement that delivers a 31% pay increase, plus boarding pay and other contract upgrades. The deal is expected to take effect this summer, making United the last “Big 4” US carrier to settle post-pandemic.
