Air Serbia A319: thrust-reverser lining separation linked to hot air from open bleed valve

An Air Serbia Airbus A319 aircraft en route to Budapest shed a large section from the thrust reverser during climb out of Belgrade. Serbian investigators concluded hot air from an open bleed valve delaminated the internal reverser lining, leading to its separation.
