Swissport agrees to acquire majority stake in Colombian ground handler GHI

Swissport has signed a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Giraldo Hermanos International (GHI), marking its entry into Colombia’s airport-services market. The transaction would expand Swissport’s Latin American network across passenger and cargo handling, subject to regulatory approval.
