United flight attendants ratify five-year contract with 31% pay raises, ending nearly six years without a cabin-crew pay increas

United Airlines’ roughly 30,000 flight attendants have voted to ratify a new five-year labor contract, following nearly six years without a pay raise. The agreement includes a 31% pay increase that takes effect this summer and adds other compensation elements such as boarding pay, moving United to the last “Big 4” cabin-crew settlement.
