Kingswood rebrands SPI as RAVE Aerospace after acquisition, targets IFEC and connected seatback growth
Kingswood Capital Management has completed its acquisition of Safran Passenger Innovations (SPI) and rebranded the business as RAVE Aerospace. The private‑equity‑backed company says it will pursue “accelerated growth” across its in‑flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) portfolio, explicitly targeting the connected seatback market.
