TSA union says ICE deployment at airports won’t reduce security lines

TSA union workers on Tuesday criticized President Trump’s deployment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers at select airports, saying the move will not reduce security lines. The union said the reassignment of ICE personnel fails to address the staffing and operational causes of checkpoint delays.
