TransDigm to buy Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation for $2.2B, expanding PMA aftermarket footprint

TransDigm has agreed to acquire Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation from Vance Street Capital for approximately $2.2 billion in cash. The two proprietary aftermarket suppliers generated about $280 million of combined revenue in 2025, boosting TransDigm’s PMA parts and MRO footprint and accelerating aftermarket consolidation.
