Onex Partners to acquire Canada’s AirSprint in fractional-jet consolidation, with deal closing expected Q3 2026

Onex Partners has agreed to acquire AirSprint, Canada’s largest fractional private-jet operator, with co-investors including TriWest Capital Partners. AirSprint says it serves more than 600 fractional owners and operates the largest fractional fleet in Canada; founder Judson Macor, CEO James Elian and other shareholders will remain investors. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, with Elian continuing in an executive role and on the board.
