ATC confusion in near‑miss between SkyWest E175 and USAF B‑52 near Minot

An NTSB probe found air traffic controllers at two facilities were confused while trying to deconflict a SkyWest Embraer 175 and a USAF B‑52H during a low‑altitude fly‑by near Minot, North Dakota, last year. The B‑52 was tracking east–west at about 2,700 ft when coordination broke down.
