UK investigators have urged ATR to investigate unexplained electrical failures affecting primary flight displays on ATR 42‑500 models after a Loganair ATR 42‑500 (G‑LMRC) lost multiple flight‑deck displays during climb 14 nm northeast of Aberdeen on 27 August 2022. The AAIB report says the cause remains unresolved and recommends industry examination.
