Airbus sets 870 delivery target, reins in A320neo ramp amid Pratt & Whitney engine uncertainty

Airbus said it will deliver about 870 commercial aircraft in 2026 but has cut back its A320neo-family ramp-up after failing to secure firm engine-delivery commitments from Pratt & Whitney. The plan still aims for a 70–75 monthly A320neo rate by end‑2027, dependent on engine supply.
