US closes probe into 2024 Delta meltdown triggered by CrowdStrike outage

The Trump administration said it closed an investigation into Delta Air Lines’ July 2024 “meltdown” after a global systems outage disrupted travel plans for 1.3 million customers and cost the carrier about $500 million.
