The U.S. Department of Transportation and FAA selected eight projects — including Archer, Wisk, Beta and Joby — for a national Advanced Air Mobility/eVTOL Integration Pilot Program. The initiative will run nationwide trials to test operations, infrastructure and airspace integration, with public flights expected to begin by summer 2026.
