Air India flight AI2379 from Phuket to Delhi encountered severe clear-air turbulence during cruise on Aug. 4, briefly losing about 300 feet (91 meters). Reports said 13 passengers and four crew members were injured, while the A320neo continued normally and landed safely in Delhi at 11:07 a.m. IST.
