Singapore Airlines commits more than S$2 billion to cabin upgrades, unveils 777-9 layout

The investment will bring new premium seating, including first-class sofas and business-class suites with privacy doors and companion beds, with the rollout beginning in late 2027. Singapore Airlines also disclosed its 777-9 configuration and said it does not expect to retrofit its recently upgraded A380 cabins.
