Let L-410 crash in DR Congo kills top military official and all aboard

A Let Aircraft Industries L-410UVP crashed in Kenge, in western Democratic Republic of the Congo, on Sept. 25, killing FARDC auditor-general Lieutenant-General Lucien-René Likulia Bakumi and the aircraft’s occupants. Congolese investigators reported no survivors after the twin-engine turboprop came down near the town.
