Air India to report record ₹150 billion (~$1.6bn) annual loss after June Dreamliner crash

Air India will report a record annual loss of at least ₹150 billion for the year ending March 31 after the June Dreamliner crash — which killed over 240 people — and subsequent airspace shutdowns erased progress toward break-even. The carrier is jointly owned by Tata Group and Singapore Airlines.
