Norwegian to buy Nordic Leisure Travel Group for about $845m to build end-to-end Nordic travel

Norwegian Air Shuttle has agreed to acquire Nordic Leisure Travel Group (NLTG) for 7.94bn Swedish krona (~$843–$845m), creating a Nordic travel platform spanning tour operations, charter aviation, and 26 hotels. The deal adds NLTG’s brands—Ving, Spies, Tjæreborg, Globetrotter and Sunclass Airlines—to Norwegian and Widerøe.
