Norwegian to buy Nordic Leisure Travel Group for ~$843m, building an end-to-end Nordic travel platform

Norwegian Air Shuttle has agreed to acquire Nordic Leisure Travel Group (NLTG) for 7.94bn Swedish kronor (about $844.65m). The deal folds in Nordic tour operators and brands—including Ving, Spies, Tjæreborg, Globetrotter and Sunclass Airlines—plus a portfolio of 26 hotels, extending Norwegian’s reach beyond air services.
