Airbus completes first flight of the A350-1000ULR for Qantas, targeting inaugural non-stop Sydney–New York service

Airbus says the first A350-1000ULR took off from Toulouse and flew for 3 hours 43 minutes over France and the French Atlantic coast. Developed for Qantas, the ultra-long-range variant is intended to enable non-stop Sydney–New York flights and additional ultra-long-haul connectivity to London.
