Riyadh Air wins U.S. operating approval to launch flights, first London service flown with its Boeing 787 fleet

Saudi-backed Riyadh Air received U.S. Department of Transportation approval to operate flights to and from the United States. The carrier has already begun early service, including its first London flight with a Boeing fleet, and has launched domestic Riyadh–Jeddah operations using Boeing 787-9s.
