EU court rulings address Dublin airport slots and challenges to aircraft flight bans

The Court of Justice of the European Union issued two aviation rulings: Dublin Airport’s passenger cap may be considered when allocating slots, potentially costing an airline an allocation it has previously used; separately, airlines may challenge the European Commission’s listing of aircraft subject to an EU flight ban in the bloc’s courts.
