
DGCA fines IndiGo parent Rs 20 lakh over use of unqualified simulators for Category C pilot training
India's DGCA has fined InterGlobe Aviation, parent of IndiGo, Rs 20 lakh for using non‑qualified flight simulators in pilot training for Category C aerodromes, including Calicut, Leh and Kathmandu. IndiGo says it will contest the September 26 order and expects no material financial or operational impact.
