BAE Systems debuts “Ascent” spacecraft to extend its Elevation space-mobility line with dynamic on-orbit maneuvering
BAE Systems introduced its Ascent spacecraft as a new addition to the Elevation line, positioning the capability for “space superiority” and exploration missions. The company also said it is entering the space tug market with a refuelable, highly maneuverable vehicle intended to move cargo and small satellites to the Moon and perform dynamic on-orbit maneuvers.
