Gogo’s SD Government unit has received a $7.5 million NOAA award to provide communications services for the agency’s Lockheed WP-3D “Hurricane Hunter” aircraft. The contract covers mission-critical satcom capability and includes cybersecurity protections plus cockpit datalink software for the fleet’s hurricane-season operations.
