Flydubai posts AED2.2bn profit and will take majority of 2026 737‑9 deliveries as premium demand rises

Flydubai posted a record AED2.2bn pre-tax profit on $3.7bn revenue and carried more than 15 million passengers in 2025. It will expand its Boeing 737‑9 fleet, taking over half of 12 737 MAX deliveries planned for 2026 as premium demand grows, with seven MAX handovers expected this year.
