HAECO, Japan Airlines, Toyota Tsusho and Sun Group launch $360M Vietnam MRO JV at Van Don (targeting late-2028 operations)

Hong Kong MRO group HAECO will form a joint venture with Japan Airlines, Toyota Tsusho and Sun Group to build a new $360 million aircraft maintenance facility at Van Don International Airport in Vietnam. The site is expected to enter operations by late-2028, expanding regional MRO capacity and sustainment capabilities in Vietnam.
