Government orders arbitration to end Air Canada strike; cabin crew defy return-to-work order
Canada's federal government directed binding arbitration through the CIRB and Air Canada says flights will resume this evening. CUPE representing more than 10,000 flight attendants says members will continue job action, leaving hundreds of aircraft grounded and thousands of passengers disrupted.
